The journey of Zala Buildco began in 1982, founded by Shri Babubhai Nathubhai Zala. At a time when water leakage was a persistent problem in Mumbai’s challenging climate, Babubhai Zala dedicated years to deep research and understanding the chemistry of construction materials.
His philosophy was simple but profound: “To eliminate leakage, you must eliminate its root cause.” Instead of offering superficial “band-aid” fixes, he mastered the art of technical diagnosis, ensuring that every client received a permanent solution based on the core issue of the structure.
